Food Literacy
The following scale measures an individuals' level of food literacy, including a knowledge, skills and behavior to plan, manage, select, prepare and eat food healthfully. There are 29 multiple choice questions to complete where you will be asked for your response in relation to 8 key themes associated with food literacy.
